The Gen Z Board Builder helps organizations transform their alumni and engaged youth into future board leaders. Too often, once youth age out of programs, they lose connection with the mission, even though they care deeply about it. By investing in their leadership potential, organizations can build stronger, more sustainable boards that reflect the communities they serve.

• The Gen Z Board Builder ranges from multiple board and training sessions or multi-day board sessions that are designed with organization leadership.

• Able to facilitate virtually or in-person.

• Available to travel worldwide (based in Denver, Colorado, USA).

The Process

• Lauren meets with organization leadership to understand organization culture, strategic priorities, and current youth engagement programs and activities.  

• Lauren will develop a proposed board building strategy, including developing an outreach plan to engage alumni and engaged youth.

• Lauren will facilitate customized board sessions and youth leadership training.
